Koilus
The Koilus Angels are known as the Soldier clan. They are the most numerous of the three, and arguably of the lowest rank. They are also the most diverse. There are groups that vary mostly by their choice of weapon inside the Koilus rank, each with its own set of skills and reputation. They are renowned for using all sorts of weaponry, and being quite obedient.

Eidolas
The Eidolas Angels are known as the Warbringer clan, the generals of combat. These are usually counted among the highest ranking Angels, and are also the most uncommon to find as they spend more time fighting and dying than any other. Known best for their military mind and ability to order groups of soldiers precisely. Eidolas Angels also carry with them the most exotic of weaponry.

Cospex
The Cospex Angels are known as the Knowledge clan, the keepers of societies fundamentals. Their rank within society depends heavily on their acknowledgement from the other clans. These are the drill servants, the craftsmen, the armourers and the message bearers. Every aspect of non-violent society is covered by some member of this clan. They do, however, participate in combat. It is just not as everyday as for the other two. Many historians participate in combat to be remembered in it themselves, many smiths to test new weaponry and armour. Cospex Angels are by far the most unique fighters, and usually the quickest to defend their title.
